Usually this part is difficult to be manufactured without distortion around the corner of each square part.
To meet the requirement of 0.05 mm of flatness at the edge, we manufacture with distinctive skills on the attachment and removal as well as the specially designed jigs.

Multi-blade for plastic crusher
Cutting multi-blade to make plastics gain-sized particles.
Processes are NC lathe cutting, slottering, MC, shot treatment, heat treatment and burnishing.
We are supplying the completed cutting blades Tolerance of the ditch width is ±0.020. Usually this is the products hard to control the distortion caused by the heat treatment.
Pump parts
Available processes for pump parts are procurement of the materials, cutting, assembly, and the flow test.
The edges along the outer circumference is quite delicate because the flow might change even with a tiny burr and/or a slight difference in area.
Outer circumference is the taper.Processed by forming the knife-shaped blade.

The problem of distortion could arise because of very thin thickness of 6.5 mm for φ82 mm Tolerance is as strict as 0.01, both for perpendicularity and parallelism.
To achieve the requirement we make fit-in type jigs by ourselves and chuck the materials by hands.

The thickness between inside diameter and outside diameter is 2 mm.Required circularity is 0.006.
At first we hesitated to accept this order as we didn’t think we could guarantee the tolerance.After several trials, however, we could make it possible to achieve the requirement.
Now we are supplying 200 pieces every month as one of the running products.
