Through our stable and responsible works, we always supply such high quality products that raise the confidence to customers.
| Original control | Following the drawings and specifications supplied by the customer, we carry out in-depth preliminary discussions on engineering and quality aspects using our proprietary control charts. After obtaining the customer's approval, we submit a QC process chart and inspection standards to conclude the inspection agreement. |
| In-process inspection | In line with customer-approved QC process charts and inspection standards, we conduct voluntary inspections, the results of which are entered on a data sheet for confirmation of in-process quality. |
| Visiting inspection | Our inspectors visit the lines on a regular basis to make detailed quality checks, using precision measuring devices, on items that cannot be measured during the in-process inspection. |
| Calibration | Frequently-used measuring devices are registered in a control log. Our Quality Assurance Section checks their precision twice a year and displays their service expiration date on an identification label. Calibration of three-dimensional measuring devices and other precision devices is performed by the manufacturers once a year. |
| Quality control bylaws | To assure the quality of our products for our customers, we have established quality control manuals and prepared logs accordingly. |
